Delete Account & Data

We're sorry to see you go! Moodflix provides automated, self-serve data management. You can download all your data or permanently delete your account using the steps below.

METHOD 1: IN-APP AUTOMATED (FASTEST)

  1. Open the Moodflix app.
  2. Tap the Settings (Gear) icon in the top right.
  3. Scroll down to Privacy & Data.
  4. Select Download My Data to get a JSON copy before leaving, or Delete My Account to initiate deletion.

METHOD 2: EMAIL REQUEST

Send an email from your registered Google account to baralsamir941@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please allow up to 72 hours for manual processing.

IMPORTANTDeleting your account will initiate a 30-day grace period. If you log back into the app within 30 days, your deletion request will be automatically cancelled. If not, your account, watchlist, spin history, referral progress, and subscription status will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

Data processed by third-party services like Google AdMob or TMDB is subject to their own data retention policies.
